The Applied Community Development Training focused on skill and practical base exercises that are not obtained in the regular session of the university curriculum. Therefore, the course is offered to social work, rural development, and development studies students. It fills the gap between students’ theoretical and practical knowledge. The student learns the design and production of the proactive project plan, a significant report writing skill, presentation & facilitation skills, problem identification, prioritization, project designing, monitoring & evaluation, rapport building, and meeting minute writing skills. In the meantime, participants explore their potential, convert it into a personal development plan, and learn development project-related essential skills and empirical knowledge.
